Electrical Design Engineer

Main duties:
To ensure issue of electrical engineering deliverables such as specifications, PRs, layout drawings, calculations, Bid evaluations and various Vendor drawing review as per Project schedule.Expertise in Design of Extra High, Medium and Low Voltage power systems, BSDG, EDG, Transformers, Motors, Generators, Control and Protection, Switchgears/MCCs, GIS Switchyard of 330KV and above, Manage technical discussions with third parties such as Client, Consultants, suppliers, sub-contractors, OEMs etc.Requirement: 08-15 years’ experience in the power plant projects with specific experience with combined cycle gas-based power projects 10+ years in Design of Electrical system power plants. Previous experience working for the Owner, Consultant or EPC contractor on large CCGT projects is essential minimum >1000MW. Readiness to travel Readiness to be at site based in Kwale, Delta State, Nigeria at least 50% time Previous international experience is required. Ability to work efficiently and effectively when managing multiple tasks.
