Description
As an experienced Electrical Design Engineer with a background in the Control Panel Industry, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Designing and preparing electrical control panel layouts, schematics, and wiring diagrams using AutoCAD. - Selecting appropriate electrical components such as MCBs, relays, contactors, drives, PLCs, etc. based on project requirements. - Preparing Bill of Materials (BOM) and assisting in cost estimation. - Coordinating with the production team during panel assembly and testing. - Ensuring that designs comply with relevant electrical safety standards and regulations. - Troubleshooting design issues and providing technical support during installation and commissioning. - Maintaining proper documentation for all design and project-related work. Your key skills and competencies should include: - Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, with a preference for the Electrical Module. - Good understanding of control circuits, wiring practices, and panel assembly. - Familiarity with industrial automation components such as PLC, HMI, VFD, etc. - Ability to interpret electrical single-line diagrams (SLD) and wiring drawings. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and teamwork abilities. Additionally, the company is looking for candidates with 2-4 years of experience in the Control Panel Industry. The required qualification for this role is a Diploma or B.E. degree. This is a full-time position.
