General Responsibilities : Maintenance: Performing routine and preventive maintenance on MEP systems and equipment. Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing and resolving issues in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. Installation: Assisting with the installation of new MEP equipment and systems. Safety Compliance: Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and standards. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repairs. Collaboration: Working with other team members and departments to resolve issues. Specific Tasks (May Vary Depending on the Role): Electrical Systems: Troubleshooting and repairing electrical faults.
