Electrical and Electronics Vendor Upgradation

Role Overview: You will be responsible for guiding Electrical and Electronics vendors to improve Quality Systems, Manufacturing Process, Shop Floor improvements, and implementing the P-D-C-A approach for overall enhancement of vendor quality performance. Key Responsibilities: - Provide guidance to Vendors in the following Areas: - Quality System Improvement - Manpower Training and Skill Upgradation - Root Cause Analysis of Defects - Countermeasure Action Implementation - Process-specific improvements for the electrical and electronic industry. - Conduct Discussions & Review Meetings with Vendor Top Management. Qualification Required: - Degree in Electrical and/or Electronics from a reputed Institute. - Minimum 60% in Xth and XIIth and Graduation. - 3 to 5 years of work experience. - Hands-on Experience in any Automotive OEM / Electrical/Electronic Appliance industry in the area of process improvement / Supplier quality management. - Familiarity with best practices of electrical and electronics parts manufacturing, development, storage, and quality defect analysis. - Proficiency in data analysis and representation in MS Excel, MS Power-point. Additional Details: The ideal candidate should have experience in Supplier Management / Process improvement in the Electrical and Electronics industry.,
