Electrical And electronics Design Engineer

You will be working as an Electrical and Electronics Design Engineer for ROSS Controls at their Chennai location. Your primary responsibilities will include tasks related to electronic engineering, panel layouts, loop drawings, and wiring diagrams. A key aspect of the role will involve PLC/Safety PLC programming, preparation of functional/design specifications, and utilizing your electrical engineering, circuit design, and AutoCAD skills. Your work will focus on designing and developing electronic components and systems for ROSS Controls" products. As an Electrical and Electronics Design Engineer at ROSS Controls, your duties will encompass the detailed design of control systems, including panel layouts, loop drawings, and wiring diagrams. You will also be involved in PLC/Safety PLC programming and preparing functional/design specification documents to guide detailed design processes. To be successful in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, with a focus on Electronics or Electrical engineering. Candidates with experience in Automation and Control Systems will be given preference. Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems will be advantageous, along with proficiency in PLC/Safety PLC programming and AutoCAD (Electrical). You should be able to work with a high level of self-discipline and self-motivation, often requiring independent work. Additionally, strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective collaboration within the team. This is a full-time on-site position located in Ambattur, Chennai, requiring a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
