Elder Care Field Executive ( Male) - Community Support & Assistance

We are seeking a responsible, compassionate, and dependable Male Field Executive to support elderly individuals living independently in their own homes across Kolkata. The ideal candidate must possess a personal two-wheeler for city travel and be willing to respond to emergency calls at odd hours, ensuring prompt and reliable assistance at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Health Support & Coordination

  : Assist seniors with scheduling medical appointments, accompanying them to doctor visits or procedures, managing hospital registrations, payments, and maintaining medical records. Ensure accurate updates are shared with family members or designated guardians after each visit.

• Emergency Response:

  Be available for immediate support during medical emergencies, accompany the senior to the hospital, facilitate admission and communication with doctors, and keep relatives informed of the situation in real time until handover.

• Non-Medical Assistance

  : Help with daily needs such as grocery or essential shopping, managing household bills, organizing documents (legal, financial, or otherwise), coordinating travel plans, and supporting participation in hobbies, online activities, or special classes.

• Community Engagement

  : Build a trustworthy relationship with seniors and their families, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity. Coordinate with other service providers to ensure timely and smooth delivery of all required services.

• Reporting & Documentation

  : Maintain accurate records of all visits, interactions, expenses, and updates in a systematic manner for internal reporting and family communication.

Requirements:

• Male candidate, preferably aged 25-40 years, with a personal two-wheeler and valid driving license.
• Graduate or equivalent qualification; prior experience in elder care, healthcare, or customer service preferred.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly, with strong presence of mind and empathy.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if & when required.
