To excel in this role, you should have a strong commitment to social causes, especially rural upliftment, good communication skills in Hindi and basic English, and a basic knowledge of community development, public health, or education is desirable. Prior experience in volunteering or NGOs is a plus, but not mandatory. The minimum age requirement for this position is 18 years, and you should be willing to travel to field locations if required.,
