Experienced Team Member for Measurement, Data Analysis, and counter-measure proposal for Buzz Squeak Rattle & Elastomer related noise & vibration test activities: Capable of carrying out the measurement in the Dynamic Elastomer Testing Machine for Dynamic & Static Stiffness. Prepare the Jigs & Fixture for testing of elastomers. Should be able to operate the Buzz Squeak Rattle Simulator independently. Analyse the Transient abnormal noise and find the root cause for the issues. Understanding in the acoustic & elastomer material properties for resolving noise, vibration & Harshness related problems. COMPETENCY REQUIRMENTS: Experience in using SOMAT & MTS RPC Pro software for Buzz, Squeak, Rattle Facility operations. Experience in noise & vibration data analysis software like Head Acoustics Artemis, Sonoscout, Muller BBM Pak, etc. Good know how in UG Modelling and preparing proto parts. Hands on experience on using measurement sensors - transducers, endoscope, optical sensors, Impact hammer, shaker, Volume Velocity Sources, Body Leakage testing devices, etc. Expertise in using High Speed Camera for capturing the Buzz Squeak & Rattle issues. Objectification and developing evaluation matrix for Buzz, Squeak & Rattle simulator Team player, good analytical/ presentation skills & decision-making skills. Future planning & conceptualization thinking. Subordinate development & motivational skills
