About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered features using Salesforce Einstein Generative AI, including Einstein Bots, Prompt Builder, AI Studio, and Model Builder.
• Implement intelligent automation to enhance CRM functionalities within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and integrate with third-party systems via REST APIs.
• Work with Einstein Copilot, Data Cloud, and Omnichannel components to create unified, personalized user experiences.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Ensure quality and consistency in development by leveraging CI/CD tools (Copado, Git) and best practices in DevOps and Agile.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders.
  

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with Einstein Gen AI, including Prompt Builder, Model Builder, and AI Studio.
• Proficient in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, and API integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Strong understanding of CRM workflows, data models, and customer engagement strategies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado, Git), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Einstein Copilot, Data Cloud, and Omnichannel integrations.
• Salesforce certifications such as Einstein AI, AI Associate, or Salesforce Platform Developer.
• Exposure to MLOps or integration of external AI/ML models with Salesforce.
