EIR Internship

As an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) Intern at NNIIT in Begumpet, Hyderabad, you will have the exclusive chance to contribute to EdTech innovation alongside the founders and leadership team. This internship is ideal for passionate IIT and IIM graduates who aspire to pursue leadership roles in the dynamic EdTech sector. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct comprehensive market research to identify growth opportunities in the EdTech industry. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, develop, and launch innovative learning solutions. - Lead strategic initiatives and mini-projects under the mentorship of senior leadership. - Analyze customer insights, competitive landscapes, and industry trends to drive informed product and business decisions. - Oversee the execution process from ideation to product launch and scaling. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduates from IITs or IIMs, preferably from the Class of 2023/2024. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Passion for EdTech, entrepreneurship, and technology-driven education innovation. - Excellent communication skills, ownership mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. The internship duration is 3 to 6 months, full-time and on-site in Hyderabad, with a stipend ranging from 25,000 to 30,000 per month. Successful performance may lead to a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) of 20 to 24 LPA.
