EHS Solutions Engineer

We are seeking an experienced EHS Solutions Engineer to join our team. This role plays a critical part in driving the implementation, integration, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) software platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure digital solutions support regulatory compliance, operational effectiveness, and user experience.

Your tasks

• Leading the implementation and continuous improvement of enterprise EHS systems
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define scalable solutions
• Ensuring system configuration, data standards, and integrations follow best practices
• Providing hands-on support for EHS applications, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation and training materials
• Managing change processes, including testing, documentation, and rollout activities

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience with enterprise EHS/ESG technology solutions
• Proven hands-on experience with EHS platforms such as Enablon, Sphera, Intelex, Gensuite, Cority, or similar
• Functional understanding of EHS processes (e.g., incident management, compliance, industrial hygiene)
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience managing complex digital projects
• Solid knowledge of ESG frameworks and operational risk management practices
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
