Ensure a safe and healthy environment for people and contractors.
Minimize environmental impacts and manage historical pollution.
Protect company assets and prevent business interruptions from fire and natural disasters.
Support project management in achieving EHS performance goals.
Prepare, implement, and maintain emergency plans at the project level.
Monitor compliance with statutory, regulatory, contractual, and company requirements.
Maintain appropriate records and documentation of the project.
Monitor historical pollution and associated risks, build the project's EHS communication plan, prepare and implement an EHS training plan with HR support, ensure accidents/incidents are first prevented and reported, recorded, investigated, and analyzed, establishing and communicating REX reports for severe or potentially severe accidents.
Prepare and submit monthly EHS reports, feeding the EHS reporting system according to Group requirements.
Be accountable for data quality of the project and associated projects.
Measure performance using indicators such as Injury Frequency Rate (IFR) 1, IFR 2, fatality/severe accidents, safety observation visit number, or other leading indicators.
Focus on health and wellbeing, including occupational diseases, ergonomic issues, energy, water, waste, TOPE, and volatile organic compounds.

Job Requirements

A university degree in engineering or business administration is required; a recognized health and safety qualification by local authorities is mandatory.
Possess good knowledge and understanding of ISO14001 and ISO45001.
Demonstrate deep knowledge of local legal requirements.
Experience in railway is a plus.
EHS auditor certification is desirable.
Exhibit teamwork and leadership skills, initiative, and a proactive mindset.
Possess excellent communication skills and analytic thinking abilities.
Be proficient in continuous improvement tools and computer applications.
