Job Description

Role:

To execute corrective actions on near miss, incidences, implement corrective action on RCA findings, maintain documentation of environmental monitoring, audits, documentation, with effective corrective and preventive actions for non – recurrence, implement safety manual, HIRA and SHE policy, coordinate for training programs for employees, play role of change agent for establishing safety first concept, monitor, measure, control document polluting factors, train employees on do’s and don’ts and ensure calibration of safety equipment’s, maintenance of green belt.

Detailed Role

Briefing (standing meeting)

a. Coordinate in daily safety briefing on Do’s and Don’ts

b. Ensure all wear PPE’s

c. Day’s special tasks

Operations – Execution

a. Execute safety concerns on shop floor, project work, suggest and coordinate in taking corrective actions and document.

b. Coordinate foe organizing morning meeting and create a culture of Safety First.

c. Coordinate for safety training program for labour contractors and predefined mukadams andensure all are present

d. Execute SOP at shop floor

e. Inform working status of (Gas detectors, SCBA, fire extinguishers, abstract systems, Air- line respiration systems) and in case of abnormality inform Head.

f. Inform head in case of non – availability of medicines, antidote, and oxygen cylinders.

g. Coordinate in environment audit with Head as per schedule.

h. Execute on site emergency exit plan, update and ensure all are made aware and is exhibited in common places.

i. Celebrate National Safety Day, World Environment Day and Fire Day in letter and spirit.

j. Conduct safety completions and create awareness.

k. Execute corrective action on points discussed in monthly meeting and and ensure all follow.

l. Arrange and coordinate to Handover PPE’s to labours 10 minutes before their shift timings.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
