Plant Operator

Briefing

● Reach at work station 10 minutes before the shift

● Ensure all labour including Mukadam; wearing safety gear reach at sigma platform as per 6 am Shift A and 3 pm Shift B

● Brief the team along with Mukadam on shift planning & Do’s and Dont’s.

Training

● Detailed training once in 15 days as per SOP.

● On job induction training to new team member.

Operations

● Execute production and batch activities as per shift plan and time discipline Annexure - I

● Check machine and take appropriate actions for corrective maintenance if any ensuring zero break down.

● Check compatibility test of each drum and bag for each batch

● Check proper breaking of material in breaking area

● Ensure availability of raw material in bags at manual pit.

● Ensure transfer of raw material from breaking area to manual pit for mixing process.

● Check machine and take appropriate actions for corrective maintenance if any ensuring zero break down.

● Check compatibility test of material received from breaking area and bags for each batch

● Reject material if proper breaking of material is not done.

● Ensure moving of empty drums to ETP

● Coordinate with Supervisor and inform him on completion of every batch for transferring of material to process area.

● Handover the charge of the section to the next shift operator in coordination with Supervisor.

● Deliver Drums with residue back to storage.

Housekeeping

● Ensure Mukadam and team keep the work station clean at all times and ensure team members keep their tools in respective places

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹270,000.00 per year
