ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES – HR EXECUTIVE 1. Vacancy Support Cluster Managers for locating · Previously shortlisted candidates who did not join due to genuine constraints (for e.g. location, salary) should be considered again. Applicants database to be maintained at HR Level. · Identification of candidates and shortlisting them from personal as well as from different platforms. 2. Interviewing & Approval · Conduct interview of candidates short-listed by Cluster Manager · Prepare the offer letter as per latest format and send to Mr. Vinod Lavate for Approval. · Send final offer letter to Employee along with Roles & Responsibilities sheet. Offer to be by email / WhatsApp and get signed offer letter back as an acknowledgement. · Follow up with the employee until they join the Company. 3. Onboarding Process · Collecting personal details of the employee and maintain Employee Master data in common server · Share & explain the company leave policy, and the Sexual Harassment Policy to ensure the employee is fully aware of the company’s rules and procedures · Share & explain the Penalties Sheet and getting signed acknowledgment from the employee confirming they have received and understood the penalties that may be deducted from their salary · Providing uniforms, PPE and ID cards within 2 days of joining date. · Ensuring training of new employee through Station In-charge & Cluster manager and recording it. · Performance evaluation & Assistance in appraisals. 4. Statutory Compliance & Employee Benefits · Ensure timely registration of employees for PF and ESI within 3 days of their joining date. · Mark employee exit within 3 days of Leaving Company Provide payslips to all employees every month at least 1 day before salary date. Address all queries related to salary, PF, ESI, leave and comp off details, as well as any changes in remuneration. Prepare full and final settlement for employees and process payment. Take approval from Mr. Vinod Lavate in writing before approaching for payment. 5. Attendance Records Collection & Coordination for Invoicing · Collect actual attendance records from all sites every week. · Regularly enter & maintain the Attendance data in Form-D (site wise) · Enquire & Sort-out the doubts in Attendance every week. · Ensure there is no manipulation of attendance details (from our site employees). · Cross check Overtime details and Compensatory-Off related details received from site team with Cluster managers and take confirmation in writing.
Job Description Position/Job Title: Operator Cum Technician (Rotational Shift basis) Job Location: All Over India Reports to (Position): Station In-charge Department/Function: Operations and Maintenance Role and Responsibilities: Ø Operate the facility efficiently in line with the SOP’s of plant and Safety protocols. Ø LNG unloading-from tanker to storage tank with the use of unloading pump. Ø Operation and maintenance of equipment’s like LNG Unloading Pump, LNG Storage Tank, LNG Dispensing Pump, LNG Dispenser, Air Compressor, Fire Fighting System etc. Ø Monitoring SCADA for 24/7 to check any abnormalities in Dyke Area, Fire Hydrant pressure. Ø Daily checking the equipment visually to ensure if there is any abnormal noise, Gas leakage, abnormal temperature changes in equipment body etc. Ø Filling of LNG trucks by operating LNG dispenser. Ø Filling up Daily/Weekly/Monthly checklists, reports and provide status to Station In-charge/Client. Ø Co-ordinate with other Technicians who are from different functions like Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical etc. Ø Tracking & Carrying out preventive and breakdown maintenance in timely manner. Ø Adhere to safety instructions and SOP’s defined by the customer. Required Qualification and Experience: Ø ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation. Ø Minimum 6 months of experience in Operations and Maintenance/Process Industry/Relevant Industry.
