Lead Django DevelopereGrove Systems is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Django Developer to join our team of experts in Chennai or Madurai. Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust and scalable web applications using Django.
  • Architect and implement solutions adhering to best practices and design patterns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of strong experience in Python, with at least 2 years specifically in the Django Web framework.
  • Proven experience or knowledge in implementing various Design Patterns.
  • Good understanding of the MVC framework and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
  • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL (PGSQL) or MySQL, and MongoDB.
  • Solid knowledge of different frameworks, packages, and libraries such as Django/Flask, Django ORM, Unit Test, NumPy, Pandas, Scrapy, etc.
  • Experience developing in a Linux environment, utilizing GIT for version control, and working within an Agile methodology.

Good To Have Skills

  • Knowledge in any one of the JavaScript frameworks: jQuery, Angular, or ReactJS.
  • Experience in implementing charts and graphs using various libraries.
  • Experience in Multi-Threading and REST API management.
