Role Description

The EEG Territory Head will oversee critical banking functions, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to performance targets within the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include driving sales and revenue growth, managing client relationships, developing strategies to expand the customer base, and supervising teams to enhance productivity. The role also involves ensuring compliance with banking regulations and delivering excellent customer service. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South.

• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills for market analysis and business development
• Proficiency in business management and financial reporting
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
• Proven knowledge of banking products, operations, and compliance regulations
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to achieve revenue targets and optimize customer satisfaction
• Prior experience in relationship management, sales, or banking is preferable
• Minimum bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
