Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Educational Counselor located in Bhubaneswar. The Educational Counselor will be responsible for providing comprehensive counseling services to students, guiding them through their educational and career choices. Daily tasks include meeting with students, assessing their academic strengths and weaknesses, providing information about various colleges and courses, and helping them make informed decisions about their education and career paths.

Qualifications

• Skills in Educational Consulting and Education
• Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the education industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
