Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Educational Counselor located in Hyderabad. The Educational Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance to students regarding their educational and career options. Daily tasks include consulting with students, conducting career counseling sessions, maintaining detailed records of student progress, and assisting with the development of educational plans tailored to individual student needs. The Educational Counselor will also work closely with other staff members to support student success.

Qualifications

• Skills in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
• Proficient in Career Counseling and Education guidance
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with students and staff
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Relevant experience in an educational setting
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field
• Knowledge of the local educational system is a plus
