Key Responsibilities:Counsel students and working professionals on IT career opportunities and recommend suitable courses (e.g., Workday, SAP, Salesforce, Cloud Computing, Data Science, AI, Testing, etc.). Conduct one-on-one or group counseling sessions to understand candidates’ educational background, career goals, and aspirations. Provide detailed information about course structure, curriculum, duration, fees, and career prospects. Guide students through the admission and enrollment process. Assist in developing customized learning pathways for candidates based on skill gaps and industry demand. Stay updated on the latest IT industry trends, job market requirements, and in-demand technologies. Maintain records of student interactions, counseling sessions, and follow-ups using CRM tools. Collaborate with trainers and placement teams to ensure students achieve their learning and career outcomes. Support marketing teams in conducting webinars, seminars, and career guidance workshops. Handle student queries via calls, emails, and online platforms in a professional and timely manner.
