Stay updated on the latest IT industry trends, job market requirements, and in-demand technologies. Maintain records of student interactions, counseling sessions, and follow-ups using CRM tools. Collaborate with trainers and placement teams to ensure students achieve their learning and career outcomes. Support marketing teams in conducting webinars, seminars, and career guidance workshops. Handle student queries via calls, emails, and online platforms in a professional and timely manner.
