Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive/Manager to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting ITpreneur’s training and development services. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping businesses and individuals upskill for the digital future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital marketing, and attending industry events.
• Understand client requirements and propose customized IT training or staffing solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with marketing and training teams to create strategic plans for business growth.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
• Maintain CRM systems and provide regular sales reports to leadership.
