The role involves calling potential leads, explaining course benefits, addressing queries, and achieving enrollment targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Call and follow up with prospective students. 2. Explain course details, benefits, and resolve objections. 3. Convert leads into enrollments. 4. Maintain CRM records and meet daily/weekly targets. Skills & Experience Required : 1. Good communication and sales skills. 2. Prior telesales or EdTech experience preferred. 3. Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus. 4. Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
