Job Description

As a Lead Generation & Conversion professional in Gurgaon, your role will involve generating a sales funnel and assisting the sales manager in converting clients. You will be responsible for carrying monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, with the aim to exceed them. Working closely with teams on existing pipelines and creating new funnels for each Target Audience will be crucial. Gathering Voice of Customer (VOC) from customer feedback and effectively communicating it to team members is also a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will need to coordinate sales efforts within your team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results. Key Responsibilities: - Generate sales funnel and support the sales manager in client conversion - Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets - Collaborate with teams to manage existing pipelines and develop new funnels for different Target Audiences - Gather Voice of Customer (VOC) from customer feedback and relay insights to team members - Coordinate sales efforts within your team and across different departments Qualifications Required: - Graduate, preferably from Premier Institutes - Experience in B2B Sales & Customer Relationship Management in Edtech/ITeS/SaaS or related verticals - Preference for candidates with global work experience in Inside Sales - Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills - Strong communication and networking abilities with keen attention to detail - Flexible, self-driven team player - Data-driven with proficiency in numbers, pipeline conversion metrics, and efficiency metrics The company is offering a competitive salary ranging from 1 Lac 75 Thousand to 3 Lac per annum. The industry focus is on Sales & Marketing, Business Development, and Telecaller domains. The ideal candidate should hold an Other Bachelor's Degree and possess key skills in Calling, Telesales, SAAS, VOC, B2B, and Customer Relationship.
