Educational Content Developer

✅ Key Responsibilities:Research, develop, and write high-quality study materials, practice workbooks, and guides for TNPSC and other competitive exams. Design and structure content for printed books, digital modules, and classroom handouts. Proofread and edit educational content in both English and Tamil to ensure accuracy and clarity. Work closely with subject experts and senior faculty to align content with exam patterns and syllabus updates. Review existing materials and update them regularly with changes in syllabus or exam trends. Assist in creating mock tests, model question papers, and answer keys. Coordinate with the publishing team for typesetting, formatting, and final production of books. Ensure all materials meet Asan Academy’s high standards for quality and relevance. 🎓 Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Arts, Education, Tamil, English, or relevant field. Strong Tamil and English writing skills — must be able to write flawless, exam-oriented content in both languages. Proven experience in academic content creation, publishing, or teaching — experience in the TNPSC coaching industry preferred. Attention to detail and ability to proofread and edit own work. Good knowledge of TNPSC syllabus, exam patterns, and latest trends. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 🌟 Preferred:Prior experience as a teacher, trainer, or content developer for TNPSC or other competitive exams. Familiarity with Tamil typing and basic DTP tools. Passion for helping students succeed.
