We are seeking a passionate and experienced Educational Content Developer to join our team. You will play a key role in shaping engaging, curriculum-aligned content for students of all classes across our network of schools. Responsibilities: Curate and develop curriculum-aligned subject content for various grades. Define learning outcomes and design structured learning journeys. Create question banks, assessments, and solutions. Ensure all content is accurate, appropriate, and aligned with our guidelines and standards. Conduct research on a wide range of topics to support content creation. Gather, verify, and organize information relevant to specific content projects. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of all information and data used in content. Identify content gaps and opportunities for new content topics. Participate in content review processes to ensure quality and consistency. Stay updated with curriculum standards (CBSE, ICSE,IB,IGCSE,SSC) and NCF. Guide interns and ensure timely content delivery. Preferred candidate profile: Bachelor's degree, preferably in education or a related field. 2+ Years of proven experience as an educational trainer or content developer. A creative and imaginative approach to education. Experience with or a strong interest in technology and visual learning tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
