As part of the Education Sales industry, we are looking for individuals with a background in Graduation/Post Graduation for a Full-Time Sales/Business Development role. The locations available for this position are Mumbai, Gurugram, Delhi, and Bengaluru. The working hours are Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm, requiring on-site work. Job Responsibilities: - Engage and advise working professionals on Career Development Programs. - Initiate outreach through calls to leads and databases, converting prospects into sales. - Promote tailored management programs based on candidate profiles. - Maintain consistent communication with candidates through meetings, calls, and email correspondence. - Manage candidate databases and records. - Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. - Adhere to pre and post-sales procedures. - Collaborate actively as a team player to drive sales.
