Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for an Education Sales professional. The individual will be responsible for managing the sales process, addressing customer queries, providing excellent customer service, and conducting training sessions for prospective students. Additional tasks include managing client relationships and working closely with the counseling team to ensure a seamless admission process.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct effective Training sessions for clients and colleagues
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the education industry is a plus
