Education Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective students to understand their background, interests, and career aspirations.
• Provide accurate information about programs, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and career opportunities.
• Handle student queries professionally through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and chat.
• Support students throughout the admission journey — from inquiry to successful enrollment.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to ensure timely communication and conversion.
• Record and update student interactions, progress, and follow-up details in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to achieve enrollment goals.
• Ensure a positive and supportive experience for every student.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Education, Psychology, Communication, or related fields).
• 0–2 years of experience in student counseling, admissions, or telesales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand student needs and build trust quickly.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management systems is an advantage.
• Passionate about education and helping students achieve their goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
