Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as an Education Counselor located in Bhubaneswar. The Education Counselor will be responsible for providing educational consulting and career counseling services to students. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with students to understand their needs, advising them on educational and career paths, and assisting them with the application process for MBA and MBBS programs abroad. The Education Counselor will also be expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of education trends and requirements for international MBA and MBBS programs. Qualifications Skills in Educational Consulting and Education Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling Strong Communication skills Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team Relevant experience in an educational counseling role is beneficial Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
