Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Education / Career Counselor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for guiding students in making the right education and career choices. You must be comfortable handling a high volume of calls (70+ per day) and achieving set counseling or enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make 70+ outbound/inbound calls daily to counsel students and parents about courses, career options, and admissions.

Understand each student’s background and goals to suggest suitable programs.

Follow up with potential students through calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages.

Maintain accurate student information.

Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets for leads and enrollments.

Provide accurate information about programs, fees, and admission processes.

Deliver professional and friendly communication to ensure a great student experience.

Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams for smooth operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum Qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred).

Experience: 0–3 years in counseling, telecalling, customer service, or sales (freshers welcome).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (regional languages an added advantage).

Confident, persuasive, and good at handling large call volumes.

Positive attitude, good listening skills, and a target-driven mindset.
