Job Description

Job Summary:

Education Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students on stock market courses and career opportunities in trading and investing.
Handle incoming leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails; follow up diligently.
Explain course structures, benefits, and outcomes to potential students.
Convert leads into enrollments and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain CRM records and provide timely reporting.
Collaborate with the marketing and training teams to support enrollment efforts.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/counseling, preferably in education or stock market sector.
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of stock market or trading preferred (training will be provided).
Target-driven and self-motivated.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and tele-counseling.
