Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Education Counselor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable academic programs. The role involves counselling, admissions support, follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents about courses, eligibility, fees, and career prospects
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-in enquiries
• Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate student records in CRM
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams for admissions and documentation
• Explain admission procedures, payment schedules, and course timelines
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets
• Provide post-admission support and address student queries

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / Post Graduate (any stream)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in Ed-Tech, Education Counselling, or Sales (added advantage)
• Confident, empathetic, and student-oriented approach
• Ability to handle pressure and multiple leads

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Noida Sector 16, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
