Job Title: Education Counsellor – Trading Courses Experience Required: 2–3 Years Location: Deccan, pune Job Type: Full-Time The counsellor will be responsible for converting leads into admissions for our Trading & Investment Courses (Beginner to Advanced), providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for students. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming inquiries (phone, email, walk-ins, online) and follow up on leads from various sources. Understand student profiles, interests, and goals to recommend suitable trading courses. Explain course details, curriculum, fees, schedules (online/offline), and career outcomes effectively. Maintain and update lead data on spreadsheets. Follow up consistently to ensure timely conversion of leads into admissions. Coordinate with the training and operations team to ensure seamless onboarding. Meet monthly/quarterly targets for lead conversions. Participate in webinars, workshops, and events to represent the institute. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any field, or relevant certification is a plus. 2–3 years of experience in educational counselling or inside sales, preferably in finance or trading education. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Deccan Gymkhana, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
