Job Title: Career Counsellor Student Guidance (J&K Focus)

Key Responsibilities - Provide one-on-one and group counselling sessions for students from diverse academic backgrounds. - Conduct and interpret psychometric & aptitude tests, explaining results in a clear, student-friendly manner. - Help students identify strengths, interests, and career pathways aligned with their goals. - Advise on academic courses, skill development programmes, and higher education options (India & abroad). - Stay updated with latest trends in education, job markets, and scholarships relevant to J&K youth. - Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions. - Maintain accurate records of sessions, follow-ups, and progress. - Organise career awareness workshops, webinars, and school/college outreach programmes. Requirements - Minimum 3 years of experience in career counselling, education consultancy, or psychology-related fields. - Strong understanding of psychometric testing tools and interpretation. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ability to connect with students from different socio-economic and academic backgrounds. - Empathetic, patient, and approachable personality. - Familiarity with education systems in India and abroad, especially options suitable for J&K students. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Psychology, Education, Career Counselling, or related fields (preferred).
