Job Description

The Education Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students and parents in making informed academic and career decisions. The role involves counseling students on course selection, admission procedures, and career prospects while ensuring a smooth end-to-end support experience. Key Responsibilities: Student Counselling & Guidance Provide accurate information to students about courses, universities, and career options. Assess student needs, interests, and academic background to recommend suitable programs. Guide students and parents through the admission process and documentation. Admissions & Enrollment Assist students in completing application forms and ensuring timely submission. Coordinate with academic departments regarding admissions requirements. Follow up with students to ensure enrollment conversion. Relationship Management Build strong relationships with students, parents, and academic partners. Handle queries, resolve concerns, and provide continuous support throughout the admission cycle.
