Role Overview:* We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and well-spoken Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for students visiting our office. You will play a key role in presenting our IT courses and encouraging enrollments through your communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities:* * Greet students and visitors with professionalism and warmth. * Pitch relevant training courses (Digital Marketing, AI/ML, Python, Java, Data Science, etc.) based on student interest. * Share course brochures, explain curriculum highlights, and assist with queries. * Schedule counseling sessions with career advisors or subject experts. * Handle student inquiries over phone, WhatsApp, and email with accurate follow-ups. * Maintain visitor records and update the student inquiry register. * Coordinate with the counseling and training team for lead conversions. * Maintain a clean, welcoming front-desk environment. Desired Candidate Profile:* * Good communication skills (English & Hindi). * Pleasant personality with confidence in talking to walk-in clients. * Basic knowledge of computer operations and MS Office. * Enthusiasm to learn and talk about trending technologies and career paths. * Ability to manage reception tasks and support admin functions when required.
