Job Description

Job Summary: The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students through the admission process, providing accurate information about courses, career paths, and ensuring smooth enrolment. The role requires excellent communication, convincing ability, and a student-centric approach. Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls related to admissions and course inquiries. Counsel students and parents on programs, admission process, and career opportunities. Maintain follow-ups with leads through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp. Convert inquiries into admissions by effectively explaining course benefits. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets. Maintain a proper database of leads and admissions in CRM or Excel. Participate in seminars, workshops, and events to promote courses. Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding of students. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Education, Business, or related field). Prior experience as an Admission Counsellor / Education Counsellor is an added advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Persuasive, target-oriented, and customer-focused approach. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools.
