DESCRIPTION Education counselor, a role responsible for providing comprehensive guidance and support to students throughout their education journey by assisting students in exploring career options and developing personalized learning plans. ABOUT ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assisting and identifying suitable career paths aligning skills and interests. Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate career aspirations. Guiding customized career plans with possible actionable steps. Offer advice and guidance on career-related decision-making. Maintain detailed records of prospective learners through leads and CRM databases. Observing for cross-selling and up-selling possibilities with current clients actively. QUALIFICATION REQUIRED Completed graduation (in any field) Minimum 1 year of experience in career counseling.
