At our Bandra centre, we collaborate with institutions like St. Pauls College to bring professional education closer to students through campus-based learning models. Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and student-focused Education Counsellor to be stationed full-time at St. Pauls College, Bandra . The candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, managing walk-in queries, and driving enrolments for Frameboxx courses offered on campus. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students on creative career paths and Frameboxx programs in animation, VFX, multimedia, and gaming Handle walk-ins, college referrals, and telephonic enquiries Conduct effective follow-ups and maintain lead conversion data Coordinate with college authorities for student engagement and awareness activities Support marketing and seminar initiatives on campus Achieve monthly enrolment and conversion targets Candidate Profile: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in education counselling, admissions, or edtech sales Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Target-driven with a professional and student-centric approach Familiarity with the media and creative education space is a plus Benefits: Fixed salary between ?30,000 to ?40,000 per month Incentives based on performance and conversions Opportunity to work within an established brand and an active college campus environment Show more Show less
