Job Description:

Unbounded Learning is seeking a dynamic and motivated Education Counselor with prior experience in admission counseling. The ideal candidate will guide students in selecting appropriate academic paths, provide detailed information about various programs, and support them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct counseling sessions for prospective students and their parents.
• Guide students in choosing the right university/course based on their interests and eligibility.
• Handle inbound and outbound admission-related queries via phone, email, or in-person.
• Maintain a follow-up system to ensure maximum conversion of leads to admissions.
• Coordinate with universities and maintain up-to-date knowledge of admission criteria, scholarships, and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in admission counseling (minimum 1 year preferred).
• Candidates with experience in Dehradun-based universities (e.g., DIT, UPES, Graphic Era, etc.) will be given preference.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
