Key Responsibilities

• Career & Education Guidance

  : Provide personalized guidance to students on choosing the right course, career path, and educational institution based on their interests, qualifications, and goals.

• Admission Assistance

  : Assist students with the admission process, including application submission, documentation, and meeting deadlines.

• Course & Program Selection

  : Help students select the right course or program in alignment with their academic background and career aspirations.

• Counseling Sessions

  : Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to address academic, emotional, and personal concerns related to education and career.

• Scholarship Information

  : Advise students on available scholarships, financial aid, and funding options for their education.

• Exam Preparation & Requirements

  : Provide guidance on entrance exams, eligibility criteria, and exam preparation strategies.

• Follow-up Support

  : Maintain regular follow-up with students throughout the application process and after enrollment to ensure smooth transition and adaptation to their new educational environment.

• Relationship Building

  : Establish and maintain strong relationships with schools, universities, and other educational institutions to offer up-to-date information and opportunities to students.

• Knowledge Management

  : Stay updated on educational trends, exam patterns, new programs, and industry requirements to provide relevant advice.

• Administrative Duties

  : Maintain records of students profiles, progress, applications, and other documentation for reporting and follow-up purposes.
