Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counsellor located in the Mohali district. The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for student counseling, career counseling, and academic advising. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as interacting with students, understanding their needs, offering guidance, and helping them achieve their educational and career goals. The Academic Counsellor will work closely with students to provide tailored advice and support throughout their academic journey.

Qualifications

• Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
• Academic Advising and Education skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with students and provide empathetic guidance
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
