Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To Provide professional and quality counseling services.
Build Strong relationship with the clients with high satisfaction ratio.
Organizing free workshops for the clients mapped with them, on weekly basis.
To invite (Call) clients for a free workshop, and ensure maximum footfalls.
To ensure that conversion ratio is maintained as per company norms.
To promote institutional sales activity, actively.
To ensure that the queries of clients are addressed in timely manner with possible solutions.
To ensure timely payments of full course from the clients.
Ensure 100% compliance to companys ethical standards and values.

Expected Qualities:

Proficient in spoken Gujarati, English and Hindi.
Interested in building a Career in the Financial Education Market.
Outspoken, Ability to communicate effectively with others.
Willingness to Learn.

Training would be given on the following concepts/ areas:

Stock Market concepts
Dealing & Sharekhan systems
Product & Sales Training
