Conducting student assessments to understand their strengths, weaknesses, and educational needs.Developing personalised education plans based on each students aspirations and abilities.Guiding course selection and career planning and Assisting students with scholarship applications and financial aid informationOrganising workshops and information sessions on various educational pathways and opportunities.Achieving monthly and annual Enrolments targets which have been finalised in consultation with management.Plan and ensure timely follow-ups for all Admissions.Keeping track of student progress and intervening when necessary to ensure academic success.Implementing a student-centred approach, focusing on each student's individual needs and goals.Utilising technology effectively for student assessments, record-keeping, and communication.
