Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused

Education Counsellor

to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will guide students in selecting suitable academic and career paths, provide counseling on educational programs, and assist in admissions processes.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students and parents on academic programs, courses, and career options.
Handle inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins; maintain follow-ups to ensure conversions.
Assist students throughout the admission process from course selection to enrollment.
Maintain records of student interactions and reports of counseling sessions.
Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to achieve enrollment targets.
Stay updated with educational trends, program offerings, and institutional policies.

Required Skills Qualifications

Bachelors degree in any discipline (Education or Counseling background preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or student support.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Good organizational and record-keeping abilities.
