Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Education Counsellor based in Pune. The Education Counsellor will be responsible for providing personalized guidance to students and professionals, assisting them in selecting educational programs that align with their goals. Daily tasks include conducting consultations, facilitating career counseling sessions, building rapport with learners, and ensuring a smooth enrollment process. The role necessitates regular communication with potential students to effectively address their educational queries and aspirations. Qualifications Strong skills in Educational Consulting, Student Counseling, and Career Counseling Excellent Communication skills for interpersonal and professional interactions Understanding of education systems and programs to recommend appropriate pathways Empathy, active listening, and the ability to support diverse learner needs Relevant experience in counseling or a related field; a background in education is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related discipline - a Master’s degree is an advantage
