Job Title: Education Counsellor (Sales) Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Education Counsellor who can effectively counsel students and parents on educational programs while driving sales and revenue growth. This role combines expertise in education guidance with sales acumen to promote our programs and services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Student Counselling: - Provide expert guidance to students and parents on educational pathways, career options, and program suitability. - Assess student needs and recommend appropriate courses or programs. 2. Sales and Revenue Generation: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet sales targets. - Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational institutions. 3. Program Promotion: - Promote our educational programs and services through various channels (e.g., events, online platforms, networking). - Highlight the benefits and unique selling points of our offerings. 4. Market Research: - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands. - Use insights to refine sales strategies and improve program positioning. 5. Application and Enrollment Support: - Assist students with the application process and ensure smooth enrollment. - Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into enrolled students. 6. Reporting and Documentation: - Maintain accurate records of interactions, feedback, and sales performance. - Provide regular reports on sales metrics and market insights. Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Education, Counselling, Business, or a related field. - Proven experience in education counselling, sales, or a similar role. - Strong knowledge of educational systems and career pathways. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Certification in education counselling or sales. - Experience with CRM systems and sales tools. - Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation.
