1. Editorial Research
* Do in-depth research before every video/script.
* Read government circulars, PDFs, reports, and interviews to find accurate, useful information.
* Fact-check every number, claim, and source we use.
* Create clear 1-2 page research briefs for the editorial team.
2. Community Management
* Manage our WhatsApp/Telegram community.
* Identify the top questions and problems our audience is facing.
* Share helpful resources, reply to comments, and maintain engagement.
* You enjoy reading, researching, and digging into real data.
* Strong Hindi + English understanding.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and honest with your research.
* Interested in business, startups, and journalism.
* Mentorship in business journalism.
* Access to top entrepreneurs and experts.
