Role & Responsibilities: Host video interviews and podcast-style conversations with travel agents, tour operators, DMCs and hoteliers (mainly via Zoom or similar online platforms). Prepare for each interview by reviewing the guests profile, understanding their key markets (India, Bangladesh, Maldives, GCC, etc.) and tailoring questions using our base script. Lead engaging, natural conversations that bring out real stories, market insights and practical tips (not boring corporate talk). Record clean audio and video, ensure basic technical checks (internet, framing, sound) before each session. Collaborate with the founder and content team to define themes such as “How Dhaka agents sell Maldives”, “How Indian honeymoon agents choose resorts”, “What luxury agents want from resorts”, etc. Record short solo clips (1–2 minute intros, outros, teasers) for YouTube, Instagram Reels and other platforms when required. Suggest strong hooks, titles and interesting moments from each interview that can be turned into short-form videos. Maintain a basic schedule of recordings, follow up with guests for confirmations, and be punctual for all sessions. Represent Agentrav professionally as the on-screen / on-mic face of the brand in these shows. Preferred Candidate Profile: 1–5 years of experience in any of the following: podcast hosting, YouTube/Instagram content creation, on-camera presenting, webinars, sales demos, client interviews or similar roles. Strong on-camera presence: comfortable speaking in English, confident, clear voice and good body language. Excellent communication and interviewing skills – able to listen actively, ask smart follow-up questions and keep the conversation flowing. Genuine interest in travel, tourism, hospitality or content creation . Prior experience in travel/tourism is a strong plus but not mandatory. Familiarity with platforms like Zoom/Google Meet and basic understanding of YouTube / Instagram Reels / short-form content. Reliable, professional and able to commit to a consistent recording schedule (for example 2–4 interviews per week). Stable internet connection and a quiet space for recording. Basic mic/webcam setup is preferred. Candidates who can share links to previous on-camera work (YouTube, Reels, TikTok, Lives, webinars, sales videos etc.) will be given preference.
